With help of our partners in Bee Tillo e.V. and their generous sponsors we are able to give ambitious young girls from needy families a chance to continue / finish their school education and provide appropriate learning facilities to our students. I am committed to help implement and carry out the goals and objectives of Bee Tillo e.V. in Africa, especially in the GAMBIA. |

| I was born in The Gambia into a mixed family parentage - my father was Fula and my mother is Jahanki. My family, my widowed mother and six younger brothers and sisters, are settled in the small Gambian community of Tungina village at Kuloro. |

| As the head of the extended family and main breadwinner, I was faced with a major challenge. Like many youths in my village, I fell short of educational targets because of a lack of finance, an all too common problem in The Gambia. |

| I am a recognized and licensed tour guide. For the past five years I have successfully guided tourists the length and breadth of my home country, always taking my customers’ needs into account and ever ready with a big smile. I am also a member of Gambia Bird watching Organization and Farasutu Bird Club, and play a vital role as a social worker in my own and the wider community. | My main aspiration and ambition are two things: an appreciation of nature and society. My aim in life is to be able to support myself and also help my people. Tourism is so important to The Gambia in the ongoing battle to eradicate poverty, raise the living standards of the people and contribute to economic growth. |

My vision is to make an everlasting cordial relationship with the Bee Tillo partners for transforming the economic status of the people in The Gambia by supporting the education of the young generation and making best use of our natural resources, e.g the sun light. The help Bee Tillo and their sponsors in Germany are providing is essential for Tungina – a community with financial disadvantages. In this process we are able to share cultures to make the world a happy global society. |
